We are a family run business located in Luray, Virginia. We offer a variety of adorable hypoallergenic dogs and puppies for sale. Since health and safety is important to us at Rocky Creek Kennel, all puppies come with a secure health guarantee. All of our dogs and puppies eat Life's Abundance Dog food and Treats and are on NuVet Vitamins so they stay healthy and live long wonderful, active lives.

In addition to raising our wonderful little dogs, we also run a small cattle operation. Our farm is also home to chickens, cats, and horses, as well as our 2 Jersey Nurse cows and lots of Cows and calves of all ages. We love and care for all our animals.

I've been raising dogs for approximately 28 years and self employed for 17 years. I started raising Labs and Shih Tzus in 1989. I always wanted to raise Miniature Schnauzers and owned them as pets most of my life but never could find a breeder I trusted or who would allow me to have breeding rights to purchase breeding stock from. In 1998 I met Cindy who was very knowledgeable and had wonderful dogs, we became very good friends. She taught me a lot of what I know and also introduced me to Elizabeth, a show breeder that was also willing to sell me full AKC registered dogs. So, I eventually got out of the Labs and bred Shih Tzu's and Miniature Schnauzers for a long time. As my Shih Tzus retired, I didn't replace them and the Mini's became my main breed. Don't get me wrong I love all three breeds the Mini's are just my most favorite.

I've met a lot of wonderful people through the years all of them teaching me a little more about raising the best dogs possible. If anybody ever tells you they know everything about raising dogs, I wouldn't believe them, it's an on going learning experience and I do my best to keep up with all the latest do's and don'ts.
